Why we built this

Most businesses here are more profitable than their records make them look.

Corelith is built by Hurudza Labs in Harare, for owners running three to sixty staff across one to eight locations. Businesses that outgrew the notebook years ago, cannot justify a foreign-consultant ERP project, and are losing real money in the gap between the two.

Where we stand

The constraints here are the brief, not the excuse.

Load-shedding, patchy data, USD and ZWG side by side, WhatsApp as the place business happens, ZIMRA, staff who move on, and an owner who does not trust a number on a screen until it matches the shelf. Software written somewhere else treats all of that as an edge case. Here it is the starting point.

Nobody buys software. They buy the money back.

A subscription is only worth paying if it returns more than it costs. One caught cash-up, one dead-stock order avoided, one job that finally got billed. That is the bar, and it is the number to hold us to.

Getting it live is the hard part

The job is not done when a login exists. It is done when your storeman uses it on a Tuesday without being reminded. Which is why rollout is scoped, priced and owned rather than left to hope.

Fix one thing first

Turn on the part costing you money this month and leave the rest alone. Businesses that switch on everything at once usually switch it all off again by March.

Built here, answered here

The people who wrote it are in Harare and reachable on the same WhatsApp number your customers use. No time zone, no ticket queue, no partner in another country who has never seen a bottle store.

Being straight

Not a cheap till clone, and not an ERP slogan.

A till that talks to nobody leaves you exactly where you started. A twelve-month ERP project costs more than the leak it was bought to fix. What is left is the useful middle, and that is the only thing we are trying to build.

A till that takes money and tells nobody leaves you where you started.

An ERP project can cost more than the leak it was bought to fix.

The useful middle is the only thing worth building, so that is what we build.

Next step

Find out what the gap is costing you.

Tell us your trade, your sites, what you use today and where you think the money is going. You get a demo running your own workflow and a straight view of what closing that gap is worth in a month.
